Innovate Reconciliation Plan (RAP)

Our reconciliation journey here at Vertech formally began in 2020 with the endorsement of our Reflect RAP. This advancement not only gave us a basis for expanding our cultural awareness, but also provided us with the opportunity to develop strategies around creating a more inclusive workplace. As we move from the Reflect stage into Innovate, we both look forward to, and are prepared for, what will be a continuous period of hard work and dedication in advancing our efforts in reconciliation.

An Innovate RAP is the time to strengthen and develop the connections that form the lifeblood of all RAP commitments. The RAP program’s framework of relationships, respect, and opportunities emphasises not only the importance of fostering consultation and collaboration with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities, but also empowering and enabling staff to contribute to this process, as well.
